The arithmetic This is the decision that actually moves your bill, and it is simple arithmetic rather than a matter of taste. A shared seat at €34 per person costs you €34 × your group size. A private two-hour charter at €150 per hour costs €300 regardless of whether you are two people or twelve. The two lines cross at roughly nine guests. Below nine, shared is genuinely cheaper per head and there is no shame in it — for two people it is a fraction of the cost. Above nine, private is both cheaper and better: you get the whole yacht, your own departure time, your own music, and no strangers in your photographs. When to go Sunset is the busiest slot for a reason — the light on the palaces in the last hour before the sun goes down is the best you will get. Is the price final? Ask specifically about port tax, booking fees and any service charge added on board. These are where a cheap headline rate quietly grows. Where exactly do we board?
