Frequently Asked Questions How much does a private yacht cruise cost? Private charters start from €150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. The rate covers the yacht, captain and crew. Food, drinks and decoration are arranged separately so you only pay for what you want. Is there a cheaper per-person option? Yes — the Sunset Group Tour: a shared 2-hour sunset cruise from Karaköy at €34 per person, daily, max 25 guests, run by our sister brand Bosphorus Sunset. What is your cancellation policy? Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure — any prepayment is refunded in full, no questions asked. Inside 24 hours, contact us and we will try to rebook you to another slot. What happens in bad weather? The Bosphorus is sheltered water and most cruises run as planned. If the captain cancels a departure for safety, you choose: reschedule to another day or a full refund. Where do cruises depart from? Private cruises board at Kuruçeşme; the shared group tour boards at Karaköy. Exact meeting points come with your confirmation — see our boarding guide. How do I book? Message us on WhatsApp (button on every page) with your date and group size. We confirm availability and send a clear quote — no forms, no call centre. Are you a licensed operator? Yes. Constantine Yachts operates under AST Turizm — TÜRSAB licence no. 805, an agency whose roots go back to 1967. Verify us in the official registry. Can you arrange food and drinks? Yes — from light snacks to full dinner service. Tell us what you have in mind and we will quote it with your charter. Can children join? Of course — private charters are popular with families. Tell us the ages when booking so the crew can prepare. When is sunset on the Bosphorus? In high summer around 20:30–20:50, in midwinter around 17:25–17:45 — month-by-month times in our Sunset Guide. Whatever the occasion calls for — just favour flat shoes on deck, and bring a light layer: it is always a touch cooler on the water after sunset. Can we celebrate a special occasion on board?
