The balance is paid on the day of the cruise, by card or cash. 5. ConfirmationSent by e-mail once the deposit arrives: yacht, date, boarding time, boarding point and cancellation terms. We can write it in English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian or Arabic, so you can forward it to your guest. 6. InvoiceCommercial invoices are issued by Sunset Tours LLC, our US-based company. The cruise itself runs under Turkish tourism licence TÜRSAB A-805. Cancellation On regular dates the deposit is refunded in full if the booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before departure. For an overnight stay on board, the same applies up to 72 hours before departure. Special dates are different. For New Year's Eve, 29 October, Valentine's Day, Christmas, Ramadan and iftar dates and religious holidays, the cancellation terms are stated in the written quote.
