Yacht Events on the Bosphorus

Birthdays, marriage proposals, bachelorette parties, graduations, weddings and corporate events all work on the same simple model: you charter the yacht by the hour and we plan the programme together. Chartering starts from €150 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Catering, decoration, DJ and photography are not bundled into the price; each is arranged on request and quoted separately, so you only pay for what you actually want.

Routes follow the Bosphorus classics: departure from Karaköy, a cruise around the bridges and a return timed to sunset. Day cruises, sunset cruises and night celebrations are all possible, and once your group size is confirmed the seating plan, music and service flow are shaped around your event.

Do you run private charters, shared tours, or both?

Both, and they are genuinely different products. A private charter gives you the whole yacht with the route and departure time set with you, from €300 for two hours and €150 for each hour after that. The shared sunset tour is a seat on a fixed two-hour departure at around €34 per person. From roughly nine guests the private yacht works out cheaper per head, and we will tell you so rather than sell you seats.

Do you own the yachts, or are you a booking agent?

We operate our own yacht and work with a partner fleet for the sizes and dates our own boat cannot cover, which together handle groups from around a dozen guests up to 200. You book with the operator, not a call centre – and when a partner yacht is the right answer we say which one and why.

What is included in a charter, and what is extra?

Included: the yacht, its professional crew, the fuel for your route, mooring and harbour fees, and the route planning before you arrive. Extra, always quoted before you confirm: catering, decoration, a photographer, live music, branding for corporate events, and guest transfers. There is no port tax, booking fee or service charge added at the end.

Which occasions do you actually handle?

Proposals, weddings, engagement parties and henna nights, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette evenings, graduations, corporate events and product launches, swimming days in summer, New Year’s Eve, and multi-night stays where the yacht is your hotel. The yacht is the same; what changes is the route, the timing and what we arrange around it.

How do we get a price?

Tell us the date, roughly how many of you there are and how long you want to be out, and we come back with a whole-yacht price and a route rather than a form letter. WhatsApp is fastest: +90 536 399 14 42. A 30% deposit holds the date and the balance is due before boarding.
