Short answer: the quickest way to get a team out of the office is a 4-hour yacht day on the Bosphorus: a morning departure from Karaköy, breakfast under way, the programme in the saloon or on deck, lunch in the middle of the strait, a swimming stop in summer. The yacht belongs to your team alone; the price is for the whole yacht from €150 per hour, never per person. For a team of 30, four hours is €20 per person, catering separate.

Why team building works on a yacht
In a meeting room the team looks at the table; on a yacht the team looks at the same view. Phones work, but nobody wants to look at them. Four hours in a space you cannot leave but can move around in, between deck, saloon and bow; a day where everyone eats the same meal at the same table and the speech is made under the bridge. The person who answers you is the person who prepares the yacht and the crew; there is no intermediary.

What happens on deck
The yacht does not produce the programme; it gives you the space. What works: the bow for the team photo (photographer 3,000 ₺ per hour, photos delivered the same day), a short presentation and awards over the sound system, a quiz or icebreaker between departments, a swimming stop in summer, a DJ towards the evening (5,000 ₺). Breakfast is a Turkish spread; lunch and dinner are 4-course menus; halal, vegetarian and alcohol-free arrangements are confirmed in writing at booking. If you bring your own catering, a service fee of 150–200 ₺ per person applies.

Team Building FAQ
How many hours do we need for a team-building day?
Most team days are 4 hours: an hour of cruising with breakfast, two hours of programme, an hour for lunch and the return. From six hours the rate is €120 per hour; there is a separate page for a full day.
Is the price per person?
No. On our own yachts you pay for the whole yacht from €150 per hour (2-hour minimum); for a team of 30, four hours is €20 per person. Breakfast (350 ₺ per person), lunch or dinner (800 ₺) and extras are added from our catalogue as you choose. Partner yachts are priced in the written quote.
Can we hold a meeting on board?
Yes. The saloon has a projector and sound system; during the presentation the yacht stays at the pier or cruises slowly with engines quiet, with the Bosphorus behind the speaker.
Is a swimming stop possible?
From June to September, yes: in the calm bays of the northern Bosphorus you enter the water from the yacht’s ladder; life jackets, towels and a shower are on board. Details on the swimming tour page.
What team sizes does it work for?

How do invoicing and payment work?
Corporate charters are invoiced by our US-based company Sunset Tours LLC in USD or EUR; 30% deposit, balance on the day. The cruise runs under our TÜRSAB A-805 licensed agency.
